A 70 mm swab with a 3.2 mm foam tip, for the smallest cavities: ferrules, sensor ports and micro-housings.

Construction

The small head reaches into places a standard swab cannot enter, while the foam still provides enough uptake for a solvent-wet clean. Shaft diameter is kept at 2.3 mm to reduce blind spots.

Handling notes

Fine tips deform under side load. Clean with a vertical or axial motion rather than levering against the cavity wall.
