Construction

Head loops keep tension off the ears and hold the mask in place when a hood is added. The trade-off is a slower donning sequence, which matters in high-frequency gowning rooms.

  • Long-duration ISO 7 gowned work
  • Pharmaceutical support areas
  • Cleanroom packaging lines
  • Any area with hood and coverall

Handling notes

Head-loop masks should be donned before the hood and removed after the hood, in that order, to avoid touching the mask face.
