What happens after you send the form
Same or next business day. An application engineer confirms receipt and asks for anything missing — surface, solvent, cleanroom class, pack count.
Two to three days. You receive a reference recommendation, test data summary and an indicative price for your volume.
If a sample is needed. Stock references ship as sample packs; sterile references follow the production schedule.
